Who handles the data

The controller is Radiologic, a brand of MEDLABZ CONSULTORIA LTDA, Brazilian CNPJ 62.761.039/0001-89. Contact for privacy matters: caminha@radiologic.io.

What we collect

• When you sign in with Google or GitHub: email, name, profile picture and the account identifier at the provider. We never receive your password.
• When you vote: which account voted for which viewer and when.
• When you submit a viewer: the entry data, the screenshots and, if the submission comes through a GitHub issue, the issue number and your GitHub account identifier.
• When you browse: aggregate page traffic and performance metrics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), with no advertising cookies.

We do not collect health data. The rules forbid sending studies from real patients outside public datasets.

What we use it for

• Enforcing one vote per account and keeping the ranking.
• Publishing the viewer and letting the author edit or delete their own submission.
• Moderating submissions and investigating vote fraud.
• Telling authors about the status of a submission and about relevant changes to the rules.

The legal basis is providing the service you asked for by signing in and taking part, and the legitimate interest in keeping the vote sound.

What is public

• The viewer entry, the approved screenshots, and the name and country given by the author.
• The vote count of each viewer.

Your email and the list of viewers you voted for are not public.

Who we share it with

We use providers to run the site: Supabase (database, sign-in and files), Vercel (hosting and metrics), Google and GitHub (sign-in) and Resend (email). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Brazil. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Account data and votes: while the account exists.
• Submissions: while they are published or under review.
• Moderation and voided vote records: up to 12 months after the event.
• A viewer's name in highlights of closed months remains as a historical record.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and you may delete your account. When you delete your account, your votes are erased and your submissions are removed from the site. To exercise these rights, write to caminha@radiologic.io. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or to the authority in your country.

This policy may change. The version in force is on this page, with its date.
